What is OP³ The Fairfax County Office of Public Private Partnerships (OP³) serves as a clearing house and point of contact for public agencies, non-profit organizations, and businesses interested in working together.	What We Do OP³ creates and develops public private partnerships to stimulate positive change in the community and encourage civic involvement and responsibility. The office brings together representatives and resources from public and private sectors to address community issues impacting the quality of life in Fairfax County.

Corporate citizens positively impact quality of life and strengthen our community.	Take initiative and make a difference in your community by volunteering or providing resources.	Information on funding, resources, and volunteers are critical to non-profits.
