What is OP3
The Fairfax County Office of Public Private Partnerships (OP3) serves as a clearing house and point of contact for public agencies, non-profit organizations, and businesses interested in working together.
  What We Do
OP3 creates and develops public private partnerships to stimulate positive change in the community and encourage civic involvement and responsibility. The office brings together representatives and resources from public and private sectors to address community issues impacting the quality of life in Fairfax County.
